Features
Callers install nothing and register nothing. Add a tag to your site and you are ready to start.
The caller taps a button and sees a number that is valid for 10 minutes. Reading it out on the phone is all it takes.
Your cursor and highlights show where to look. Fields the site allows can be typed or chosen by the agent.
Callers can enlarge the text and have the number and connection status read aloud.
Highlight the steps your site defines, one at a time. Callers can also follow them on their own.
Besides the panel at the top of the page, a support icon in your header or any other button can open Uresenior.
Show the caller panel in English, or follow each visitor's browser language.
Choose per website whether agents may press purchase or confirm buttons and type the cardholder name. Card number, expiry date and security code are never shown to agents.
Each agent logs in with their own account. Two-factor authentication uses an email code or an authenticator app.
Company administrators invite and disable agents. Connection and consent records are kept separately from the shared screen.
How it connects
The caller reads out a number and checks the company and agent name.
Sharing starts when they allow viewing and operation.
Still on the call
The number expires after a short time.
This screen is for explanation only. No real connection is made and no data is sent.
What is shared
Only the target web page is shared.
Never the whole phone or other apps.

Adding it to your site
A site administrator adds a tag and chooses which fields can be shared and operated. Add it directly to your HTML or through Google Tag Manager. You don't need to move servers.
Enter the URL of the site you want to use.
Set operable fields, areas not to share and actions the caller confirms. Add data-lang="en" to show the caller panel in English.
Check everything from the caller's consent to sharing, operation and ending.
Pages that submit through their own API need extra integration. Test the whole flow on your actual site and devices.

Yes. The SDK can be embedded directly in a Google Tag Manager Custom HTML tag. The right method depends on your Content Security Policy; see the setup guide (in Japanese) or contact us through our form.
No. Callers don't sign up or install anything. They get a number on your web page and read it to the agent on the phone. Agents log in with their own accounts.
Besides adding the tag, you choose which fields can be operated and which areas stay private. Pages that submit through their own API need extra integration. Test the whole flow, from connecting to ending, on your actual site and devices.
Only the target web page is shared. Other apps and phone settings are not visible. Iframes, video and canvas are not reproduced, so the shared view may look different from the original.
Sensitive fields such as passwords and card details are never shared. Personal information shown as text and custom input fields also need to be marked as private on your site. Only fields you explicitly allow are shared and operated.
Not yet. The panel your callers see can be shown in English, but the agent dashboard, account pages and emails are currently in Japanese.
